    30 Day No-Sweat Free Returns Policy

    At Chivers Running we strive to make things easier for our customers. One of the major concerns when buying shoes online is will they fit? Can I try before I buy? The best way to ensure your running shoes will fit is to ask one of Chivers Running trained staff to take you through the process of a specialist fitting. If your buying online, we offer a 30 day returns policy were you can return your purchase for exchange or a full refund. Making sure shoes have not been worn outside and are complete in original packaging is essential. Free returns are available by returning your purchase back to our shop in Carlisle.

    Return In Store

    You may return your chiversrunning.co.uk purchase FREE of charge at our retail store within 30 days of purchase. The original form of payment and invoice are required for the store to process your return at the full purchase price. If the receipt is not available, an in store credit will be issued at the current product price.

    SHIPPING RETURNS

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. We recommend that you use Royal Mail TRACKED 24 Service which guarantees your return within 48 hours by simply using the original packaging that you received the goods in, visiting www.royalmail.com and purchasing a Postage Label ensuring the goods are tracked and you receive a tracking number. Please ensure that you obtain sufficient postal insurance in case your item goes missing on it way back to us.

    You have 30 calendar days to return the item to us. To be eligible for a refund the goods require to be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Please return to-

    Refund

    We will process your return within 3- 7 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You'll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.

    Please note, there will be no post on Saturday or Sunday.

    In the event of a parcel not arriving in the time quoted above, please contact us within 10 days (from date of posting) to investigate the parcel being lost. After the 10 days and once investigated and agreed by Royal Mail, we would then seek to offer a replacement/refund.  Please note we have no collection or delivery on a Saturday or Sunday.
